Transplanting and correction machine  CombiFix II uses the imaging system developed by TTA to screen the optical appearance of each plant entering the machine, and blow out the empty, damaged and too small plants through the blow-out system at the bottom. By allocating one hole tray as the source hole tray for providing seedlings and other hole trays to be filled as the target hole tray for receiving seedlings, 100% of the seedling filling rate can be achieved and the seedlings are uniform as required. TTA's blow-out system also ensures that even fragile plants with incomplete rooting system can be treated with little damage to the roots. This CombiFix II is at the leading level in the market in terms of production quality and production speed.

Automatic feeding group of source cavity plate

The conveyor group at the front end of CombiFix II plays a buffering role and automatically feeds the source hole plate. The conveyor belt is set inside, 3600mm long and 600mm wide; Built-in stainless steel bracket, adjustable and painted. Cooperate with CombiFix to realize automatic control and speed adjustment

Unloading roller table（ × 2）

One roller table is used to remove the hole tray, and the other is used to manually review and remove the target hole tray that has completed the seedling filling work. 3600mm long and 600mm wide; Equipped with painted steel bracket, stainless steel plate and non-driven plastic roller; The roller table has small diameter and small pitch, which can ensure the smooth discharge of the hole plate. Both roller tables are equipped with system end switches.
