Circular transplanter MidiCurve

Circular transplanter MidiCurve is a transplanter with flexible design, which is designed to be used from hole plate to circular arc basin machine.

￭ Each gripper is equipped with an independently driven motor, which can be planted in different modes;

￭ The edited program is set in the computer, and the touch screen setting is convenient for operation;

￭ 2-4 different plants can be transplanted into the flower pot, or reset to work from hole plate to hole plate, or from hole plate to seedling pot;

￭ The source hole plate can be transported to the machine by chain conveyor to be used as a buffer hole plate;

￭ The ejector pin system at the bottom of the hole plate can be used for some seedlings that are not well rooted or over-rooted to ensure that the seedlings are better removed from the hole and stably placed at the appropriate height of the manipulator;

￭ The designed manipulator can extract plants from each row and reduce the damage degree of plants to z;

￭ The transplanting capacity varies from 3000-8000 plants/hour, depending on the number of mechanical grippers. The main frame can be extended to add more gripper units to increase the capacity.

Main body of pan transplanter

The main configuration of the standard version of the pan transplanter includes:

• Electric ejector pin system;

• Take and place the unit with a large opening of 1.450 mm on the gripper z;

• Chain conveyor belt, suitable for placing hole plates with a size of 400 x 600 mm in 4 positions;

• Curved arc system, which is suitable for planting plants into the pots of the circular arc potter;

• TTA service router for remote service;

• The standard configuration does not include the gripper motor, gripper and hole plate setting group.

Wireless grab support unit

It is composed of linear bearing, brush machine, encoder, single-chip microcomputer and wireless communication. Plant grippers are not included.
