Hortispray is a coiled pesticide truck, which is used to spray greenhouse plants with higher growth. It is equipped with two spray rods up to 3m high, one for spraying at the end, and the other for spraying plants on both sides. The equipped spray head can be adjusted and the spray liquid flow can be set separately. The device is suitable for running on a suitable greenhouse heating pipe. It is equipped with a hose reel. According to different versions, the machine z can roll a 200-meter hose.
▪ The advanced drive system of the car and coil machine ensures the complete synchronization of the equipment and the battery used, and the working time is up to 9 hours. The battery is charged by a microprocessor charger, which can control the charging state and prevent overcharging.
▪ The car chassis is equipped with a gear change system. Press the button to eject the wheel hydraulically.
▪ The whole equipment is controlled by a PLC controller, which allows you to set the route, speed, properly open the spray bar when driving, and the battery status monitoring can notify the power consumption and calculate the remaining working time.

■ Configuration details
Two spray rods can reach up to 3 meters. The safety bumper at the front and rear of the equipment can prevent collision with obstacles. The whole equipment material is made of acid-resistant steel, which can prevent corrosion.
With advanced HMI controller and graphic panel, we can control all equipment parameters, such as speed, route and spray bar adjustment. Appropriate warning and information labels are attached to the equipment.
The control panel includes emergency stop, stop button, start button and automatic/manual mode switch. The electric pipe reel can accommodate 200 meters long hose.
Optional charging station, including a car with high-efficiency charger and an additional battery pack. This set of accessories allows the equipment to run continuously, and solves the charging problem when there is only one set of batteries.
Hortispray is a comfortable and intuitive device to use. Connect the hose directly to the pump to inject medicine. Spraying on the pipeline can be done automatically or manually. On the corridor, the transport wheel extended from the chassis of the medicine truck can be used to move. The transport wheel is electrically released.
