■ Function configuration
NS-ARTV series air rail transport vehicles can be customized with monorail and dual-rail, and the default is monorail. It can transport goods to a span or a local area within a span. Each span can be equipped with a transport vehicle, or it can be recycled for multiple spans.
Control and display system
The control system can select two modes: manual and automatic. The automatic mode can operate in full automatic forward and reverse direction within the set time.
▪ The total working time can be set, and it will stop when the time is up;
▪ Tap the switch to switch forward and reverse, and support separate speed regulation of forward and reverse speed;
▪ It can set the upper limit and lower limit of rotational speed, jog acceleration and deceleration, and solve the problem of traditional potentiometers easily broken;
▪ The slow start and slow stop time can be set to solve the problem of motor overcurrent. The slow start and slow stop speed time is adjustable between 0-10 seconds, and the default is 1 second;
▪ LCD LCD screen with backlight can display the working time, rotating speed percentage and operating status (forward and reverse).
Automatic circulation system
▪ When it is used in multi-span cycle, the system can realize automatic deceleration when turning and automatic acceleration when turning;
▪ When multiple vehicles are running at the same time, automatic fixed-point parking can be realized. During the loading and unloading process of the front vehicle, the rear vehicle automatically stops, the front vehicle runs, and the rear vehicle automatically follows, without manual intervention.
Parking limit system
▪ Multiple limit modes are configured with start and end limit. By adjusting the position of the stop limit, you can achieve relatively accurate parking at different operating speeds.
--E1 infinite bit, default infinite bit;
--E2 Press to start the motor forward, turn the motor forward to the limit stop, and press to start the reverse;
--E3 Press to start the motor forward rotation, forward rotation to the positive limit, reverse rotation of the motor, reverse rotation to the reverse limit, and the motor stops rotating (single cycle);
--E4 Press to start the motor to turn forward, turn forward to the positive limit, reverse the motor and cycle (repeat the cycle).
Obstacle parking system
▪ Equipped with obstacle parking function, the machine stops automatically when encountering obstacles, and the sensing distance is adjustable within 100cm. This function is to ensure that the equipment can automatically identify and stop when encountering obstacles in the process of traveling, so as to prevent damage to the equipment and other properties.
Wireless remote control system
▪ Equipped with wireless remote control function. When the scope of greenhouse operation is large, this function can facilitate the remote control of operators and reduce the round-trip time.
