Drive unit
The drive unit runs on two pipes with a diameter of 63 * 3mm. The drive unit consists of galvanized steel parts to form a single speed, including 4 electromagnetic induction switches to detect the end of the track and return to the original position; The drive unit drives the tanker to move within each span.
Planetary unit (coil unit)
The coil unit and the drive unit are connected with the pulley by a steel wire rope and assembled with the hose, which is called the planetary unit. This planetary unit not only ensures the proper orientation of the water supply pipe, but also provides a 1:2 proportional relationship with the speed/distance of the drive unit.
Hanging lifting unit
Hanging unit: the sprinkler truck is fixed on the lower chord of the greenhouse truss through the special hook and C-type pipe rack, and the balance of the C-type pipe rack is adjusted through the hook.
Lifting unit: the height adjustment device is made of square tube, which can be connected and adjusted through the water spray pinhole.

Motor operation, speed regulation and shutdown unit

Parking unit: detect the beginning and end of the track through the electromagnetic induction limit switch.
The top configuration is additionally equipped with frequency converter, potentiometer and meter counter.
Electric box control unit
Electric box: waterproof electric box is used and hung on the lifting unit above the spray bar;
Control unit: used to control the driving direction and spraying mode of the sprinkler truck.
Built-in: DC regulated power supply, total load switch, fuse, miniature relay, aviation socket.
Emergency stop: by pressing this button, the tanker will stop running immediately. At the same time, the red light for emergency stop on the control panel will be activated.
Emergency stop activation: by pressing this button, the tanker can be restarted.
The top configuration is additionally equipped with PLC, touch screen and communication cable.
Water supply and power supply unit
The water supply and power supply of the system is integrated, that is, the motor power line is connected to the motor from the inside of the water supply pipe.
The waterproof cable is equipped with sail as standard, LAPP on the top, and the waterproof grade is IP65; The water supply hose is made of HDPE, with domestic standard and GF at the top.
