Matrix treatment automation line

The substrate treatment system is used to pretreat and mix the substrate before planting. Units such as peat decompression, coconut bran decompression, substrate mixing, fertilizer control and water content control can be added as required. Single equipment combination or integrated automatic matrix processing line can be selected to realize automatic control of the whole line. The treated substrate can be used for the automatic line of seedling raising or potted flower.

The matrix treatment line decompresses large bags of peat and coconut bran, and simultaneously and proportionally adds ingredients and fertilizers, such as perlite, vermiculite, etc. After all materials are mixed in the mixing drum, they are conveyed to each outlet by the conveyor belt. Equipment advantages: the whole matrix processing line can store 100 kinds of formulas, and there is a emptying mode before each operation to ensure the production quality. The capacity can be freely selected from 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 cubic meters per hour or higher, and the equipment that needs to be opened and closed can also be selected by yourself.
