Transfer unit - drive+coil unit
The coil unit and the drive unit are connected with the pulley through a wire rope and assembled with the hose, which is called the planetary unit. This planetary unit not only ensures the proper orientation of the water supply pipe, but also provides a 1:2 proportional relationship with the speed/distance of the drive unit.
The drive unit runs on two pipes with diameter of 76 * 2.5mm. The drive unit consists of galvanized steel components. Including electromagnetic induction switch and meter meter to detect the end of the track and return to the original position; The drive unit drives the sprinkler truck to move on the transfer track. This working mode only needs to connect the water source and power supply at the fixed position, and does not need to replace the water source interface and power supply interface in the time zone of each diversion of the sprinkler truck. Easy to operate and improve work efficiency.
Traveling drive unit
Drive unit: the drive unit runs on 2 pipes with diameter of 63mm. The drive unit consists of galvanized steel components. The speed is 5-30m/min, including automatic encoder and 2 electromagnetic induction switches, which are used to detect the end of the track and return to the original position; The drive unit drives the tanker to move in the bay direction within each span. It is driven by two imported motors. The motor is a self-band brake speed regulating motor with an input voltage of 220V and a working voltage of 400V.
Hanging and lifting unit
Transfer track suspension unit: transfer track structure is fixed by end column and truss bottom chord.
Suspension unit: fix the track to the lower chord of greenhouse truss through special hooks and screws, and adjust the balance of the track through adjusting screw nuts.
Lifting unit: the height adjustment device is made of square tube material, and the height of spray bar can be adjusted manually and appropriately.
Irrigation unit

Motor operation, speed regulation and shutdown unit
Operation speed control unit: the motor has its own holding brake. The electric box is equipped with miniature frequency converter and speed regulating potentiometer. The speed of the tanker is controlled by a potentiometer. The speed of the equipment can be changed by changing the set value, even when the equipment is running. The higher the value, the higher the speed of the corresponding tanker.

Electric box and control unit

Obstacle parking unit
▪ This function is to ensure that the sprinkler truck can automatically identify and stop when encountering obstacles during traveling.
▪ Obstacle scanning probe: during the operation of the equipment, it will automatically stop when it detects an obstacle in front.
▪ Torque induction parking: set the torque parameters through the frequency converter. When the motor of the sprinkler truck encounters obstacles during operation and the torque of the motor increases, the sensor will transmit the data to the PLC and the equipment will stop.
No seedling detection and spray stopping unit
The scanner automatically detects whether there are seedlings in the seedbed or on the ground. If there are no seedlings, the sprinkler in this area will automatically close. The detection height of the scanner can be adjusted for different planting varieties. (This plan requires that the track in the greenhouse be at the same level, and the seedbed must be at the same level, which requires higher requirements for greenhouse installation, and must be planted according to the planting requirements, and is not recommended)
Operation warning unit
The system is equipped with three-color warning lights and two-wing monochrome warning lights. When the system is started up and running, the warning lights will work.
Filtering and automatic pressure reduction and exhaust unit
TEEJET AA126 flushing pipeline filter is used for the filter:

The pressure reducing valve adopts the BORMAND PRV series adjustable quick response pressure reducing valve, which has a diaphragm that responds to the pressure. The hydraulic force and the spring setting force reach a balance at a certain position. No matter how the flow and the pressure in front of the valve fluctuate and change, the valve can reduce the high pressure in front of the valve to the low pressure behind the valve and maintain stability.
The equipment is equipped with a breathing valve, which automatically empties the air in the pipeline during the operation of the equipment to prevent water hammer effect.
Water supply and power supply unit
