Micro spray irrigation, also known as droplet spray irrigation, is an irrigation method that sprays water into the air through a specially designed micro spray nozzle under the action of low pressure water pump and pipeline system. It is dispersed in fine water droplets and scattered under the branches or tree crowns of crops on the ground.
Classification of micro nozzle:
The micro-sprinkler can be divided into two types in terms of structure: refractive micro-sprinkler and rotary micro-sprinkler. The refractive micro-sprinkler is mainly used for cooling and humidification, and the rotary micro-sprinkler is mainly used for irrigation.
The rotary micro-sprinkler can be installed in two ways: upside down and ground insertion. The refractive micro-sprinkler is mainly installed upside down. When installing upside down, be sure to install anti-drip device. The micro-sprinkler is mainly used for irrigation, cooling and humidification of greenhouse flowers and open flowers.
What is the rotating micro nozzle for hanging upside down?
This series of rotary micro-sprinklers for hanging upside down can be equipped with micro-sprinklers with different flow rates and spraying diameters. These micro-sprinklers can meet the effective irrigation requirements of water saving, fertilizer saving and energy saving.
The micro-sprinkler assembly is made of materials resistant to ultraviolet radiation and atmospheric corrosion, ensuring accuracy and service life. In order to meet the needs, the micro nozzle components can be replaced.
Inverted rotary micro nozzle:
1. When hanging upside down, the nozzle shall be hung vertically to prevent the nozzle direction from changing;
2. The water flow is fast to prevent blocking; The water droplets are fine and evenly distributed;
3. Some systems will also be equipped with a leak valve to prevent water dripping when the system is opened or closed;
4. The nozzle adopts a conical press-in interface for easy removal and replacement;
5. Adopt new engineering plastics, with strong wear resistance and long service life.
Installation of inverted rotating micro-spray head in the greenhouse:
1.The installation of micro-sprinkler has strict requirements on water quality, so when installing inverted micro-sprinkler in the greenhouse, it is necessary to install laminated filter or mesh filter at the outlet of the greenhouse.
2. Attention should be paid to the installation of the inverted rotating micro-sprinkler in the greenhouse. Since the micro-sprinkler is sprayed in a 360 degree full circle, the installation of the nozzle must be in accordance with the spraying radius, otherwise there will be a blind area and places that cannot be poured.
3. The installation of inverted rotating micro-sprinklers in the greenhouse should reasonably calculate the water output of the micro-sprinklers to ensure the normal water output of all micro-sprinklers.
4. The appropriate PE main pipe and branch pipe shall be selected for the inverted rotating micro-sprinkler in the greenhouse to ensure the normal water discharge of all micro-sprinklers.
5. The pressure of 2-2.5kg is required for the normal water output of the micro-sprinkler, so to ensure the water source pressure, select a suitable water pump.
