Front flushing and back spraying, side spraying, operation platform behind the tank, software assembly of landscaping spray gun and pesticide spray gun, spray gun and fertilizer gun can rotate in multiple directions, and can be continuously adjusted to wash, fog, rainstorm, drizzle, drizzle. The spray gun is well atomized, and the spray can be remotely controlled, with an effective range of 20 meters.

Install high-power diesel engine, three-phase AC synchronous motor, three-phase asynchronous motor, three-cylinder piston pump body, and install centrifugal fan air gun to provide special power supply and professional equipment for pesticide spraying. Special spray pump shall be installed to operate the spray system software. The spray pump can draw water drainage pipe, assemble filter, have fire interface, can seep water through the fire hydrant, have automatic outflow valve, and select 20 meters of chemical coil with the car.

Maintenance and repair of spray truck

1. Carry out proper maintenance according to the equipment operation manual specified by the commodity manufacturer.

2. During the maintenance and repair of the spray truck, it is forbidden to use the spray pump and the spray pump of the spray truck for long-term high speed. If long-term high speed is required, a little water shall be added to the pump.

3. In cold areas in northern China in winter, the liquid left in the pump and pipeline shall be removed after each use to avoid freezing and cracking of parts.

4. When steam leakage occurs in the air supply of the water spray pneumatic control system and cannot be removed in time, the copper pipe joint connected to the vehicle air receiver can be rotated downward to disconnect the air supply of the control system. Block and tighten the corresponding air outlet on the air receiver with electric wire to avoid the normal operation of the vehicle brake system software.

5. When stopping use, the gasoline, diesel, water and other liquids should be drained first.

6. The equipment shall be stopped at the place with natural ventilation, waterproof and sunscreen isolation of fire-fighting equipment.

7. After being stored for more than 2 months, the safety inspection, protection and maintenance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of the user manual.
