Operating procedures for matrix mixer

1、 Before operation, check whether the rotation of the mixer is in good condition, and whether the safety devices and protective devices are firm and reliable, and the operation is flexible.

2、 After the matrix mixer is started, it shall be operated with empty machine to check whether the mixer operates normally, and then proceed to the next step.

3、 Put in peat and stir for 5 minutes. After the peat is completely broken, stop mixing. Put perlite, vermiculite and powdered bactericide in a certain proportion into the mixer, add a proper amount of water, and continue to start mixing for 5 minutes. After the mixture is mixed evenly, stop mixing. Add a proper amount of water according to the water content of the matrix and continue mixing for 5 minutes. After mixing evenly, open the discharge port and start discharging.

4、 Close the mixer and the main gate of the mixer after the work is completed. Then clean the mixer, and do not damp the motor and electrical appliances during cleaning.

Precautions for operation safety of matrix mixer

1、 During the operation of the matrix mixer, it is not allowed to put hands or sticks into the mixing pocket or clean the matrix at the pocket mouth.

2、 During operation, observe the operation of the machine, and stop the machine for inspection in case of any abnormality or excessive bearing temperature rise; In case of failure during operation and maintenance is required, cut off the power supply first, pour out the matrix in the mixing bag for maintenance and troubleshooting. Do not use dangerous methods such as tool prying to force mechanical operation.

3、 The clearance between the mixing blade of the mixer and the bottom and side wall of the mixing bag shall be regularly checked and confirmed to meet the requirements. When the clearance exceeds the standard, it shall be adjusted in time. When the mixing blade is worn beyond the standard, it shall be repaired or replaced in time.
