VISSER's "one key seeding" fully automatic seeder (Roulette XL) is the core of the whole seeding line, which includes: matrix crusher, mixer, hole plate filling machine, "drum" seeder, hole plate covering equipment and bottom irrigation unit.

● The "seeding drum" of the drum seeder can be replaced and can cover almost all types of seeds. Even seeds with high seeding difficulty, such as marigold, can be seeded with 99% efficiency;

● Substrate treatment equipment: crushing - mixing and stirring (fertilizer ratio can be customized).

In order to facilitate the transfer of the seeded hole tray to the germination chamber, the seeding line is set next to the germination chamber and directly pushed into the Cui bud chamber through the hole tray frame with a moving wheel.

● The germination room is equipped with low pressure artificial cold light source, which saves energy in the light environment required by plants;

● For the temperature control in the germination room, the refrigerator system is adopted to ensure the indoor temperature requirements more accurately;

Baoer's products are mainly seedlings. According to different orders, it is necessary to produce different batches and different specifications of seedlings. How to carry out accurate grading and screening is the key to production quality control. Therefore, VISSER's automatic seedling selection and filling machine (TIFS III) provides guarantee for this.

VISSER sorting system (TIFS-100+TIFS III), according to the seedling batch and specification requirements agreed in the sales order, first set the number of Z-lobule cluster pixels and Z-lobule surface of the seedlings to be retained in the TIFS-100 computer program to blow out the unqualified seedlings. The screened hole trays enter the source conveyor belt and the target conveyor belt in turn, and the qualified hole tray seedlings carried on the source conveyor belt are replanted into the hole trays on the target conveyor belt by the mechanical gripper. Through this process, we can automatically complete the whole tray of seedling products according to the sales order and enter the next circulation link, which greatly improves the production efficiency and avoids human errors.

For large seedlings or finished flowers required by some orders, VISSER transplanting machine (PC-11/4), Mayer automatic potting machine (TM2400E) and Logitec matrix crusher (DB 40) are required to automatically complete a series of processes such as matrix mixing, potting and transplanting.

● After the substrate is broken and mixed, it can be filled with various sizes of cultivation bowls;

● The manipulator will automatically transplant the seedlings from the hole tray conveyor belt into the cultivation bowl;

● After transplanting, the cultivation bowl will be transported to the next link through the conveyor belt.
